“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near.
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return , the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.” (Isaiah 55:6-7)
In John 21:4, Jesus was standing at the shore but His disciples did not recognize Him.
Jesus was there throughout the night when they could not catch anything. He was standing there and they did not know.
What you do not know during the day, you cannot know at night. What you cannot recognize when there is light, you will never recognize when it is dark.
The Jesus you see in the day is also present with you at night. He says in Hebrews 13:5, “I will never leave you, nor forsake you.”
Whether it is day or night, He will answer your prayers.
God cannot forsake His own, no matter how things are looking and no matter what time it is.
If you can recognize Him in the dark then you can see Him clearly in the light. I don’t know where you are and I don’t know what you are going through.
Jesus is right there. God is there at night and during the day. You must recognize Him at both times.
In Matt 6:33, the Bible says “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Jesus knows our needs and He is always there for us even when things may seem down.
All He requires is for us to seek His kingdom and abide by His word daily.
*Prayer/Confession:* Lord Jesus, give me the grace to seek You at all times. Help me never to depart from Your presence, Amen.
*Words of Wisdom:* Seek God in the day time as well as in the night time as well.
