Are you a leader aged between 21 and 45, ready to grow, learn and make a meaningful difference in your church, community and society?
The Ecumenical Leadership Development Academy (ELDA) is inviting applications from emerging and established leaders who are passionate about strengthening their leadership skills and deepening their understanding of ethical and servant leadership.
The Academy is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools needed to lead and serve effectively in various spheres of life.
Programme Structure
Successful applicants will be required to commit to full participation in both components of the Academy:
*Virtual Sessions:* 5 - 8 October 2026
*In-Residence Programme:* 27 - 29 October 2026
Applicants should have access to a gadget and reliable internet connection for the virtual sessions, and must be available to attend the in-person residential programme.
