SILVER STAR PARENT PROMOTED TO GLORY

The Territory is mourning the promotion to glory of yet another Silver - Star parent, Gogo Mirriam Masiyachengo, mother to Major Betty Dube of Dama Falls Corps.
In an announcement bulletin issued this afternoon by the Secretary for Personnel Administration, Lieutenant Colonel Maclean Chinyerere, Gogo Masiyachengo, was promoted to glory from Harare on 28th June 2026.
Her body will be transported to her rural home in Gweshe today, and she will be laid to rest tomorrow, 30th June 2026, at her homestead under Gweshe Corps in Chiweshe Division.
Meanwhile, Territorial Commander Commissioner Daniel Kasuso has called upon Salvationists across the territory to uphold the Masiyachengo and Dube families in prayer and support during this difficult time of bereavement.
