The Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC) has officially announced the upcoming Love Zimbabwe Festival, a monumental celebration of faith, unity, and hope set to make history in Zimbabwe. The event’s launch is scheduled for 15 May 2025 at the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) Showgrounds in Harare, with the main festival running from 26 to 28 September 2025.

The festival will be co-hosted by the Zimbabwe Heads of Christian Denominations (ZHOCD) — a powerful national alliance that brings together the ZCC, the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe, the Zimbabwe Catholic Bishops’ Conference, and the Union for the Development of Apostolic Churches in Zimbabwe (UDACIZA).

This ecumenical collaboration marks a significant moment in Zimbabwe’s spiritual journey. At its heart, the Love Zimbabwe Festival aims to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and inspire hope, healing, and national transformation through collective worship and outreach.

In partnership with Palau Ministries, the festival is set to feature Evangelist Andrew Palau, the son of the late renowned global evangelist Luis Palau. Known for his dynamic and transformative gospel outreach across Africa—from Rwanda to Malawi, Egypt to Kenya—Andrew Palau will bring his passion and message of salvation to Zimbabwe at a time when many are calling for renewal and unity.

The ZCC and its partners invite all Zimbabweans—churches, communities, and individuals alike—to come together for this life-changing event. “Zimbabwe’s time is now,” the statement affirms. “Let us gather as one Body, one Church, and one Voice to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our communities and our nation.”

The Love Zimbabwe Festival promises not only spiritual revival but a renewed sense of national togetherness and vision for a hopeful future.
