"NO LONGER AFRAID OF DEATH"

Many people are in fear of the Coronavirus.

Even in the churches. Many people who are your age have died and that can cause you to fear death. Hebrews 2:14-15; 14.

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15. And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage."

The devil has been defeated. When Christ died, the devil was defeated and we died with Him; when He was buried, we were buried with Him; when He rose, we rose with Him. The Bible calls death, sleep. We are living in the last days, also called the dark days.

1 Thessalonians 4:13; "

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope."  God hates death. God never intended for man to die. God's Word says that sickness and disease is not our  portion. (Exodus 23:25).

Titus 2:11-14; 11. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12.

Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lust, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13. Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14.

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."  You have a right standing with God.

You are a spirit being. There is no need to fear. The words "fear not" are written in the Bible 365 times. That's reassurance that we never need to fear or fret. God will take care of you. Believe and trust in God. David believed and had trust in God and he defeated Goliath.

No weapon formed against you shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17).

John 14:1-3; 1. Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am,  there ye may be also." This is  Jesus's promise to you. Any promise that Jesus has made will be fulfilled.

There is no need to be troubled, worried or fearful. Philippians 3:20-21; 20. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21.

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself."

This is another wonderful promise from God. When Jesus returns, we shall have a glorious body just like His.

A body that will be incorruptible, without sickness or pain. God is so good.

                Hallelujah!!!!
