Power in the name of Jesus Christ

“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.” Psalm 20:7 (KJV)

Forgetfulness can be dangerous in our relationship with God. Any time the Israelites forgot the name of God, they went into idol worship. No wonder God warned them not to mingle with the heathen nations around them. The name of the LORD is so powerful that the righteous run to it and are safe (Proverbs 18:10).

 In this dispensation, He has revealed Himself in the person of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has given us His name to use. Therefore, if you are born again, the name of Jesus Christ becomes yours.

 Use it to get answers to your problems; it is a name that is above every name. At the mention of the name of Jesus, all devils and demons bow, including every ailing situation (Philippians 2:10–11).

 Remember to adore this name and use it to overcome all your challenges. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point: Dear Lord, let me never forget your name. In Jesus Name.  Amen!!
