There's one thing the devil does very well, also there's another thing Jesus does very well.
The devil convicts and Jesus acquits. How? Let me illustrate this with a story.
A young apprentice was warned sternly by his master not to take coffee from his cup. But after the master had left, a man came in and persuaded the young apprentice to drink the coffee. He claimed that he had spoken with the master and the master had given the young apprentice permission to drink from his coffee. The young apprentice naively drink from the cup. But when the master came back, the man stood up and pointed at the young apprentice and convicts him of disobeying the master. This is the way the devil convicts people.
But Jesus on the higher ground acquits people. Jesus is another man who stands by the coffee, but instead of lying, he encourage us to obey the master. It's impossible to do it in our own strength, but our trust in him will help us to stand. Jesus will never take advantage of your ignorance, he'll rather help you despite of it and make you so strong.
The devil will pressurize you till you fall and accuse you before the father that you've fallen. But Jesus will engrace you to do the will of his Father, and will present you blameless before Him, as if it's by your own power you accomplish righteousness.
If you don't know Jesus as Savior, you can pray this right now: ", Jesus Christ, I want to get to know you and trust you. I humbly ask you to accept me into your kingdom, not because I deserve it but because on the cross, it was finished. You paid it all! I accept you as my Lord and Savior today, you died for me and rose for me, thank you Lord. I pray this in Jesus Name. Amen."
If you just prayed to accept Jesus, please email me at mindofchrist00@gmail.com and let me know about it. I’d like to send you some free materials to help you start your journey with Jesus.
