I have come to an understanding that we live in a world where conflicts are the order of the day not because we want to fuel tension but economic hardships and Diaspora wars that makes people fight beyond physical nature but make use of social media platforms to express their anger and discontentment

What is Conflict?


-conflict is a phenomenon we experience at one time or another in our lives.


-it is tension, disagreement or struggle created from differing perceptions, interests, opinions on common concerns which can have a positive or negative outcomes...


#how you respond to or solve conflict will limit or enable success


#Disagreement or difference within or between social entities such as individuals; groups or organisations.


#Conflict arises within perceived or real interests are not in agreement.
