Power of The Holy Spirit
Ephesians 3:14-16; 14. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15. Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16. That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;"
The Apostle Paul prayed for the Christians in Ephesus to be strengthened with might by the Spirit. If Paul prayed for them, he knew what it meant to be strengthened. He wasn't trying to get God to fulfill a promise that we don't already have as Christians.
Paul prayed for the saints in Ephesus the way he prayed, because the people hadn't come to the full knowledge of the divine might at work in them by the Holy Spirit who dwells within them. He was trying to get them conscious of the divine energy of the Spirit they inherited. This strengthening came from the Spirit of God who was already dwelling within them.
He wanted them to understand the ministry of the Holy Spirit. There is a Spirit within you that energizes you. You must never confess or accept that you are weak. There is no weakness in your life, the Holy Spirit lives within you.
None of your body has sickness, disease, infirmity or the devil. The Holy Spirit within you keeps your body, soul and spirit energized and alive.
Romans 8:11; "But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."
This is a present hour reality.
Through the Spirit, every fiber of your being is energized and strengthened. You are then competent for any task. You are conscious of His divine power that works mightily within you.
Hallelujah!!!
