THE SOLUTION IS FROM GOD

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”  (Psalm 121:1-2)

David was going through so much troubles when he wrote the above Psalm.

Even in the heat of his travails he said to himself: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hill ….”

In essence, he was saying, I refuse to bow in defeat. I refuse to give up. I will keep my eyes stayed on the Hill. The Hill is Jesus.

If you look down in the face of challenges and difficulties of life, you will see a lot of things that can pull you down.

What is around you is a distraction released by the enemy to steal your focus from your destination and Promise Land.

It is when you are close to your destination that the devil would want to take advantage of you by increasing the degree of your troubles and challenges.

Keep your eyes on the solution that comes from above.

When I just got saved, I became friendly with Papa Oral Roberts.

One of the songs they sang that inspired me in the late 1970s and early 1980s was: “Something good is going to happen to you, happen to you, this very day /

Something good is going to happen to you, Jesus of Nazareth is passing your way.”

One day, I asked him why that song was always sang when his program is about coming up on air.

He said, “The world is a helpless place. I sing that song to give hope to the hopeless.”

Keep your head and eyes up! If you keep your eyes down, the world will pressure you to keep your head down. Life will bring you down to standard zero if you keep your head down.

When you lift your head up, you leave your environment for the spirit environment, the environment of hope, the environment of breakthroughs through grace.

Word of Wisdom: Life will bring you down to standard zero if you keep your head down

Prayer/Confession: Lord, I refuse to keep my head down. No pressures of life will bring my head down. Amen!
