Some doors close despite our prayers, tears, and deepest desires. There are moments when God says "No," and His decision is final—not to harm us, but to position us for something far greater.
Joseph experienced this truth. The door to comfort closed, and he found himself serving as a slave and later as a prisoner. Yet those painful closures were preparing him for the palace, where God opened a new door with a new purpose. He entered not as a servant, but as a ruler entrusted with authority.
If God has closed a door in your life, trust that He has not abandoned you. Every closed door in God's hands has a purpose. In His perfect time, He will open the right door, and you will understand why the previous one had to close.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord... (Jeremiah 29:11)
Be patient with God. He never closes a door without a reason.
