By A Correspondent -Celebrated pianist and gospel musician Munyaradzi Munodawafa, who was born and raised in Masvingo, has marked his birthday with an emotional message reflecting on God’s grace and faithfulness throughout his life journey.
The iconic musician shared a heartfelt statement last week as he celebrated another year of life, thanking God for carrying him through difficult and joyful moments alike.
"Happy birthday to me!" Munodawafa wrote.
He continued: "Lord, thank You for Your grace and mercy that have carried me through every high and low. I wouldn’t be here without You holding me together, even on the days I barely held myself together."
The gospel artist also expressed gratitude for life and the opportunity to experience another year, adding: "Here’s to another year of Your faithfulness and new mercies every morning. Amen and happy birthday to me!"
Munodawafa remains one of Masvingo’s respected gospel musicians, known for his outstanding piano skills and inspirational music that has touched many people across Zimbabwe.
