The Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC) is inviting qualified, experienced, and reputable suppliers to register for inclusion in its 2025 supplier database across multiple categories of goods and services.
This invitation is open to both new and existing suppliers. Even current suppliers are required to re-apply to be considered for next year’s procurement processes. Suppliers operating in smaller towns and rural areas where ZCC has a presence are strongly encouraged to participate.

Important Guidelines:
- Clearly indicate the category (or categories) you are applying for.
- Suppliers may apply for up to a maximum of five (5) categories.
- Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered.
- Deadline for submissions: 8 August 2025
