Tuesday showers of blessings come from Colossians 1:23 "If it is so that you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all Creation under Heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a servant."
Paul opens this verse with conditional statement. Then he gives four marks of a legitimate believer which are: continuing in the faith, being stable, being steadfast, and not shifting from the Hope of the Gospel. All other illegitimate believers will be seen by lacking these marks and doing the opposite especially in times of trouble. When things are fine, the true marks of a believer are not seen but only in the storm is where we see the true believers. Amen.
