Gambling excessively can lead to dramatic alterations in the way the brain sends chemical messages, and gamblers often have genetic or psychological dispositions that make them prone to gambling too much. These factors can initiate a person's downward spiral into addiction.

(gambling disorder) include: Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut down on gambling.
Gambling to escape problems or relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt, anxiety or depression. Trying to get back lost money by gambling more (chasing losses)
*DISADVANTAGES OF GAMBLING* Personal savings and income are squandered Money. The activity of gambling can be highly addictive.
The nature of gambling with its risk and excitement taps into the reward circuits of the brain. It feels really great to do the intense and exciting things connected with gambling.
What does the Bible says about Gambling?
*Hebrews 13:5*
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
*1 Timothy 6:9*
But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.
*Vs 10:* For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils.
It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
