Is Love Muti Prophet Dating Zodwa Wabantu?

 Own Correspondent |

 Controversial  Masvingo  preacher Isaac Makomichi is reportedly  dating  South African socialite  Zodwa Wabantu.

Last week the controversial preacher was accused of bedding a female school head.

According to impeccable  sources, Makomichi was spotted with the South African socialite at a hotel in Masvingo.

The sources further claimed the  socialite came to Makomichi to seek  love charms and  the two became friends.  Their friendship then  turned into a love affair, claimed the sources.

The sources further claimed Zodwa Wabantu funded  Makomichi's New Year's trip to  Mauritius.

Church leaders accuse   Makomichi of promoting the spirit of prostitution by distributing  his love charms to slay queens around the country.

Asked for a comment, Makomichi said:

The person who told you is lying, if its true why didn't he/she take pictures?

I have so many high profile clients that's why I always visit expensive hotels. I  don't reveal names at all but the truth is that I am not in love with Zodwa Wabantu," said Makomichi.

Breast Cancer Can Be Treated If Diagnosed Early

The global cancer landscape  is changing, according to WHO  experts

, on the eve of World Cancer Day 2021.

Breast cancer has now overtaken lung cancer as the world’s mostly commonly-diagnosed cancer, according to statistics released by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in December 2020.

So on World Cancer Day, WHO will host the first of a series of consultations in order to establish a new global breast cancer initiative, which will launch later in 2021. This collaborative effort between WHO, IARC, the International Atomic Energy Agency and other multi-sectoral partners, will reduce deaths from breast cancer by promoting breast health, improving timely cancer detection and ensuring access to quality care.

WHO and the cancer community are responding with renewed urgency to address breast cancer and to respond to the growing cancer burden globally that is straining individuals, communities and health systems.

In the past two decades, the overall number of people diagnosed with cancer nearly doubled, from an estimated 10 million in 2000 to 19.3 million in 2020. Today, one in 5 people worldwide will develop cancer during their lifetime. Projections suggest that the number of people being diagnosed with cancer will increase still further in the coming years, and will be nearly 50% higher in 2040 than in 2020.

The number of deaths from cancer has also increased, from 6.2 million in 2000 to 10 million in 2020. More than one out of every six deaths is due to cancer.

While changes in lifestyle, such as unhealthy diets, insufficient physical activity, use of tobacco and harmful use of alcohol, have all contributed to the increasing cancer burden, a significant proportion can also be attributed to increasing longevity, as the risk of developing cancer increases with age. This reinforces the need to invest in both cancer prevention and cancer control, focusing on actionable cancers like breast, cervical and childhood cancers.

Late diagnosis and lack of access to treatment exacerbated by COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the problems of late-stage diagnosis and lack of access to treatment. These occur everywhere but particularly in low- and middle-income countries. In addition to having to cope with the disruption of services, people living with cancer are also at higher risk of severe COVID-19 illness and death.

A WHO survey conducted in 2020 indicated that treatment for cancer had been disrupted in more than 40% of countries surveyed during the pandemic. The findings of the survey have been backed up by published studies indicating that delays in diagnosis are common, while interruptions to and abandonment of therapy have increased significantly. Meanwhile, enrolment in clinical trials and research output have declined.

All stakeholders are working to respond. Some governments have been enabling their populations to seek cancer care safely. Health professionals have adapted treatment to meet the needs of their patients, including through the use of telemedicine, and civil society has supported patients by helping them coordinate their appointments and complete their treatment plans.

World Cancer Day

World Cancer Day, with its slogan “I can and I will”, is also an opportunity to show WHO’s commitment to other major global cancer programmes, on cervical cancer and childhood cancer.

The adoption of the Global strategy to accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer as a public health problem and its associated goals and targets by the World Health Assembly in 2020 has provided added momentum to cervical cancer efforts. Three targets have been set for 2030: 90% of girls fully vaccinated with the HPV vaccine; 70% of women screened; and 90% of women identified with cervical cancer receiving treatment.

Cancer is also a leading cause of death for children and adolescents, with an estimated 400 000 children diagnosed with cancer each year. On International Childhood Cancer Day, 15 February, WHO will be releasing a “how-to” guide for policy-makers and programme managers on strengthening childhood cancer programmes; a new assessment tool to facilitate harmonized data collection and to enable expedited, real-time interpretation of collected data on cancer among children; and an online community-of-practice information-sharing hub for childhood cancer.

Breast, cervical and childhood cancers all have a high chance of cure if diagnosed early and treated appropriately. This World Cancer Day, WHO is moving ahead with our partners around the world in efforts both to prevent and control cancer and also to provide support to all people living with cancer, wherever they live and whatever their circumstances.

Man Kills Friend For "Snatching Wife"

AN imbiber at a shebeen in Bulawayo allegedly ganged up with a friend and fatally stabbed their drinking mate for allegedly having an adulterous affair with his wife.

Peter Moyo (37) of Cowdray Park suburb had a misunderstanding with Ben Sibanda whom he accused of having an affair with his wife. The dispute degenerated into a fight resulting in Moyo ganging up with Robson Ndlovu who is still at large, and stabbing Sibanda on the head and right collar bone.

Sibanda died on the spot.

Moyo is facing a murder charge in connection with Sibanda’s death.

This emerged when Moyo filed an application for bail pending trial at the Bulawayo High Court citing the State as a respondent.

Moyo, who is a self-actor, said it is Sibanda who confronted him during a beer drink at a shebeen in Cowdray Park and accused him of having an affair with his wife.

“The deceased was intoxicated and started accusing me of having an affair with his wife before he kicked my container of beer. Robson Ndlovu then struck the deceased on the head with a brick and he sustained injuries leading to his death,” he said.

Moyo said he left the scene and travelled to his rural home in Lupane.

Bulawayo High Court judge Justice Christopher Dube-Banda dismissed Moyo’s application, saying the State has a strong prima facie case against the applicant.

“The allegations against the applicant are very serious. There seems to be evidence linking him to the commission of this offence and in view of that, I find that the State has a strong prima facie against applicant,” ruled the judge.

“I am satisfied that it is not in the interests of justice to admit Peter Moyo to bail pending trial. Wherefore, the application must fail and accordingly, it is dismissed.”

In his bail statement, Moyo said he is not a flight risk, arguing that there was no evidence linking him to the offence which would induce him to abscond trial.

He is denying the charge, saying there were no compelling reasons warranting his continued detention.

For the State, Mr Kudakwashe Jaravaza opposed the application, saying Moyo was likely to abscond given the seriousness of the offence coupled with the fact that his accomplice is still at large.

“After the commission of the offence, the applicant fled from the scene and was arrested the following day at Mbembesi Village in Lupane. Having skipped and jumped before the charges were put to him, there is real risk that upon admission to bail, he will abscond,” he said.

According to court papers, it was stated that on October 29 last year, Moyo, Ndlovu and Sibanda were drinking beer at a shebeen in Cowdray Park when an altercation ensued.

Moyo accused Sibanda of having an affair with his wife and the allegation did not go down well with the deceased resulting in a dispute. The misunderstanding degenerated into a fight during which Ndlovu beat up Sibanda. Moyo pulled out a knife and allegedly stabbed Sibanda on the head and right collar bone and he died on the spot.

Soon after committing the offence, Moyo and Ndlovu fled from the scene leaving the deceased lying dead in a pool of blood.

Moyo was arrested the following day at his rural home in Mbembesi Village in Lupane following a tip off.- Chronicle

It's All In The Plan

Ephesians 1:11, NIV

In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will.

It's easy to go through life wondering how things are going to work out, hoping we make the right decisions, and being stressed over our finances. You don't have to worry about your future. Your life is divinely orchestrated. God has already laid out the plan.

 The apostle Paul says God is working all things according to His will. It's not according to who likes you, how much talent you have, what family you come from, or even how many mistakes you make. It's according to His will. He is behind the scenes not only directing your steps, but directing the steps of the people you need. He's not just in control of your life, He's in control of your circumstances. Nothing happens randomly. You are not at the mercy of setbacks. You don't have to get upset because a door closed. God wouldn't allow it if it wasn't on your blueprint. It's not going to keep you from your purpose; it's leading you to your purpose.

Father, thank You for Your promise that You will work out Your plans for my life. Thank You that I can stay in peace knowing that You are working behind the scenes and directing the outcomes. Help me to be patient and know that You are bringing me into my purpose. In Jesus Name, Amen.

The Preacher's Sincere Talk

Something New

 Isaiah 43:19, NLT

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness.

You can't go through life thinking you've reached your limit. I'll never get well or be able to afford a nice house. Thinking like that is going to stop God's best. Quit declaring defeat over your life. What God has destined for you will come to pass. It may not happen all at once, but that's just a test of your faith. The enemy wouldn't be fighting you so hard if he didn't know something amazing was in front of you. You have to dig your heels in and say, God is about to do something new. His plans for me are for good, and any moment things can change in my favor. When you live with expectancy, that allows God to do great things. You don't know what new thing could happen today. There's something new from God that's already begun. Do you see it? Get up every morning and thank Him that He s about to do something new.

Father, thank You that You are the God who is always doing something new, and Your plans are always good. I believe that even now You are working in ways I don't yet see. I declare You are the author and finisher of my faith, and I look forward to great things. In Jesus Name, Amen.

His Plan for Me

Christian poem

His Plan for Me

When I stand at the judgment seat of Christ,

  And He shows me His plan for me,

The plan for my life as it might have been

  Had He had His way, and I see

How I blocked Him here, and I checked Him there

  And I would not yield my will—

Will there be grief in my Saviour's eyes,

  Grief, though He loves me still?

He would have me rich, and I stand there poor,

  Stripped of all but His grace,

While memory runs like a hunted thing

  Down the paths I cannot retrace.

Then my desolate heart will well-nigh break

  With tears that I cannot shed;

I shall cover my face with my empty hands;

  I shall bow my uncrowned head.

Lord, of the years that are left to me,

  I give them to Thy hand;

Take me and break me, and mold me

  To the pattern Thou hast planned!

Jesus, Saviour, Pilot Me

 Education and entertainment

Jesus, Saviour, pilot me,

Over life's tempestuous sea;

Unknown waves before me roll,

Hiding rock and treacherous shoal:

Chart and compass come from Thee:

Jesus, Saviour, pilot me.

As a mother stills her child,

Thou canst hush the ocean wild;

Boisterous waves obey Thy will

When thou say'st to them "Be still!"

Wondrous Sovereign of the sea,

Jesus, Saviour, pilot me.

When at last I near the shore,

And the fearful breakers roar

'Twixt me and the peaceful rest,

Then, while leaning on Thy breast,

May I hear Thee say to me,

"Fear not, I will pilot thee!"

The Lord Is My Shepherd

The Lord Is My Shepherd

THE 23RD PSALM

This is an eye opener; some probably never thought nor looked at this Psalm in this way, even though they say it over and over again.

The Lord is my Shepherd

 That's Relationship!

I shall not want

 That's Supply!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures

 That's Rest!

He leadeth me beside the still waters

 That's Refreshment!

He restoreth my soul

 That's Healing!

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness

 That's Guidance!

For His name sake

 That's Purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death

 That's Testing!

I will fear no evil

 That's Protection!

For Thou art with me

 That's Faithfulness!

Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me

 That's Discipline!

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies

 That's Hope!

Thou annointest my head with oil

 That's Consecration!

My cup runneth over

 That's Abundance!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life

 That's Blessing!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord

 That's Security!

Forever

 That's Eternity!

Get Up

John 5:5, AMPC

There was a certain man there who had suffered with a deep-seated and lingering disorder for thirty-eight years.

The man in John 5 is described as having a "lingering disorder." It's not just a physical condition; it's when we dwell on the negative things of the past and make excuses to settle where we are. When Jesus asked this crippled man, "Do you want to get well?" the man responded with one excuse after another for why he hadn't been healed. Those excuses had become a crutch. Jesus responded in effect, "If you're serious about getting well, get up!"

How many of us would get out of defeat, mediocrity, and bad habits if we quit making excuses, quit feeling sorry for ourselves, and start pressing forward. We've all had unfair things happen that we can allow to become lingering disorders. But God is saying to you, "If you're serious about getting well, you have to get up in your spirit, in your attitude, and in how you talk." God's waiting on you. When you get up, so to speak, you'll see things begin to change.

"Father, thank You for the power You have given me to release any old thinking, old habits, any excuses, and any lingering disorder that would keep me from being my best. I am serious about getting well by letting go of the old and embracing the new. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Are you ready to preach ?

 Sermon

Reverend Nobbington Murambadoro

Matthew And 10:16-21 "Behold, I am sending you out like sheep in the midst of wolves; be wary and wise as serpents, and be innocent (harmless, guileless, and without falsity) as doves. Be on guard against men [whose way or nature is to act in opposition to God]; for they will deliver you up to councils and flog you in their synagogues, And you will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a witness to bear testimony before them and to the Gentiles (the nations). But when they deliver you up, do not be anxious about how or what you are to speak; for what you are to say will be given you in that very hour and moment, For it is not you who are speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. Brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children will take a stand against their parents and will have them put to death."

JESUS acknowledged that it's not a smooth sail when you go out with the Gospel. You shall face great persecution, but you must always feel my presence and comfort. Bad things will happen because the devil would want to protect his territory. He uses people available. Those who have been obeying the call to make Disciples of all nations can relate well this passage. These disciples were going to serve the House of Israel but the people they were serving were the problem.

 The prophecy of what would happen was meant for them. It is my encouragement for you who is feeling discouraged in your service. Are you ready to suffer for the gospel?

 Sermon

Reverend Nobbington Murambadoro

Matthew 10:22

"And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake, but he who perseveres and endures to the end will be saved [from spiritual disease and death in the world to come]."

The Gospel of suffering for the sake of the Kingdom is not pleasant but many servants of GOD are suffering painful hatred, rejection, persecution, etc. In this passage JESUS was forewarning HIS Disciples about the suffering that will happen to HIS followers. They were going to suffer hatred. JESUS was revealing that, they were not going to avoid persecution for HIS Name's sake. But in the face of persecution they were expected to preserve and endure to the end so that they would be saved.

Persecution of the Gospel is still going on in different dimensions. In other countries we read of such persecution of the Church. Others are suffering persecution from other Brethren because of many various reasons. Some have already quitted in Ministry, some are considering to quit. I can imagine the pain one goes through when suffering persecution but take note of the Word this morning. "..... but he who perseveres and endures to the end will be saved from spiritual disease and death in the world to come." Don't give up, don't quit, keep on persevering. Amen

Manchester City Register Emphatic Win Over Liverpool

Manchester City won 4-1 against reigning Premier League champions, Liverpool, on Sunday, their first time to do so at Anfield since 17 years ago.

With the victory, Manchester City also equalled the all-time winning run by an English top-flight side across all competitions, winning each of their last 14 matches, the same number as Preston (ending in 1892) and Arsenal (ending in 1987).

Meanwhile, Liverpool are the first side to lose three straight home league matches in the following campaign after winning the English top-flight since Chelsea did so almost 65 years ago back in March 1956.

After 23 games this season, Liverpool (40) now have 27 fewer points than they did at the same stage last season (67), the biggest drop by any reigning champion at this stage of a campaign in English top-flight history.

Manchester City are now 10 points clear of fourth-placed Liverpool, who have just suffered their joint-heaviest Premier League defeat.

Salah’s penalty cancelled out Gundogan’s opener, but two Alisson errors and a stunner from Foden sealed Liverpool’s fate and some even believe the Reds’ title hopes are now dead.

Manchester City got goals from ฤฐlkay GรผndoฤŸan 49′, 73′, Raheem Sterling 76′ and Phil Foden 83′.

Take Action

Showers of blessings

Matthew 7:24-26 "So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be like a sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock. And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a stupid (foolish) man who built his house upon the sand."

One of many principles I learnt in the Word is doing. This is what JESUS emphasized.

 Christianity is about doing what is expected of you. Now is the time to start doing what you have to do and to take it to another level. Hear and act. Now is the time to start taking an action. Amen.

Unwavering Faith

Showers of blessings

 Matthew 8:8-12 "But the centurion replied to Him, Lord, I am not worthy or fit to have You come under my roof; but only speak the word, and my servant boy will be cured.... When Jesus heard him, He marveled and said to those who followed Him [who adhered steadfastly to Him, conforming to His example in living and, if need be, in dying also], I tell you truly, I have not found so much faith as this with anyone, even in Israel.

When Jesus heard him, He marveled and said to those who followed Him [who adhered steadfastly to Him, conforming to His example in living and, if need be, in dying also], I tell you truly, I have not found so much faith as this with anyone, even in Israel. While the sons and heirs of the kingdom will be driven out into the darkness outside, where there will be weeping and grinding of teeth."

This Centurion revealed his unwavering faith to JESUS. It also touched JESUS to the point that HE gave a compliment to his Disciples about the depth of this man's faith. In this passage JESUS reveals that our faith in HIM matters most more than our status. It's not about the Jewish status but it's all about faith in JESUS. It's shocking that even those whom the table had been prepared for might lose seats to those who believe in JESUS.

Now we dont have Jewish Pharisees who boast with status as before but in our Churches we have another type of Jewish Pharisees called Church members who boast with Church Membership. It's not about being a Church member what matters most but faith in JESUS. As we begin the year, let's reflect on our Spiritual lives and see if we all truly believe in JESUS. Amen.

Bilbao Stun Barcelona In Spanish Super Cup Final

Barcelona captain Lionel Messi got his marching orders in extra time as Barcelona lost the 2020/21 Spanish Super Cup to Athletic Bilbao 3-2.

The Argentine ace was given a red card for the first time in his Barcelona career, in extra time injury for an off the ball incident at the Estadio de la Cartuja.

The dramatic final was decided by an Inaki Williams wonder strike in extra time after the two sides had played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in regulation time.

Antoine Giezmann thrust the Catalans ahead five minutes before the half time break. A goal-bound shot by Messi was blocked but the Frenchman slotted home the rebound.

Bilbao levelled matters barely two minutes later; De Marcos finding the equalizer on the stroke of halt time. 1-1 at the break.

Griezmann got his and Barcelona’s second when he finished off a Jodi Alba pass to make it 2-1 in the 77th minute.

That looked to be the winner, but Bilbao restored parity right at the death, Asier Villalibre finding the all important leveler to send the clash into extra time.

Three minutes after the start of first half extra time, Williams struck for Bilbao to give them a 3-2 lead before Messi was shown a red card late on.-Soccer 24 Zimbabwe

Can Antibiotics Treat COVID-19?

The most common symptoms of Covid-19 are: fever, dry cough and fatigue.

Other symptoms that are less common and may affect some patients include: loss of taste or smell; nasal congestion; conjunctivitis (also known as red eyes); sore throat; headache; muscle or joint pain; different types of skin rash; nausea or vomiting; diarrhoea; chills or dizziness. Symptoms of severe Covid-19 disease include: shortness of breath; loss of appetite; confusion; persistent pain or pressure in the chest; and high temperature (above 38 °C). More severe and rare neurological complications such as strokes, brain inflammation, delirium and nerve damage.

People of all ages who experience fever and/or cough associated with difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, or loss of speech or movement should seek medical care immediately.

If possible, call your health care provider, hotline (in Zimbabwe the number is 2019) or health facility first, so you can be directed to the right clinic.

What should I do if I have Covid-19 symptoms?

If you have any symptoms suggestive of Covid-19, call your health care provider or Covid-19 hotline for instructions and find out when and where to get a test, stay at home for 14 days away from others and monitor your health. If you have shortness of breath or pain or pressure in the chest, seek medical attention at a health facility immediately.

Call your health care provider or hotline in advance for direction to the right health facility. If you live in an area with malaria or dengue fever, seek medical care if you have a fever. If local guidance recommends visiting a medical centre for testing, assessment or isolation, wear a medical mask while travelling to and from the facility and during medical care.

Also keep at least a one-metre distance from other people and avoid touching surfaces with your hands.

This applies to adults and children.

Are antibiotics effective in preventing or treating Covid-19?

Antibiotics do not work against viruses; they only work on bacterial infections. Covid-19 is caused by a virus, so antibiotics do not work. Antibiotics should not be used as a means of prevention or treatment of Covid-19. In hospitals, physicians will sometimes use antibiotics to prevent or treat secondary bacterial infections which can be a complication of Covid-19 in severely ill patients.  They should only be used as directed by a physician to treat a bacterial infection.

Precautionary measures

Stay safe by taking some simple precautions, such as physical distancing, wearing a mask, especially when distancing cannot be maintained, keeping rooms well ventilated, avoiding crowds and close contact, regularly cleaning your hands, and coughing into a bent elbow or tissue — www.who.int

4th Principle Of Godly Living

Laws for Ruling the Nation

One thing the world is in need of is justice. Upon inheriting the promised land, God strongly spoke about justice. He condemned bribery, confiscation of land and many other social ills. God knew pretty well that the times of Amos, and later on our time would come when injustice would become the order of the day.

Justice is no longer an ideal. The society and the Church preach about justice, yet do not live by justice. It is God's desire that our community leaders exercise justice. It is always Godly living for every believer to exercise justice. God's plan was that justice should take precedence in order for everyone to enjoy the milk and honey of the land. I want to believe that we are in the land full of milk and honey. However because of injustices, few are enjoying while the rest lamenting. Habakkuk almost gave up his faith in God when he argued the existence of God in the midst of injustices. He complained why God was not punishing the corrupt leaders. In His  response, God told Habakkuk that the just should live by faith. In other words, justice was no longer a reality. The world no longer have justice and  justice is now found in faith.

Man has the potential to manipulate God's order of creation. Are you a custodian of justice in your home, at your work place, in the society and in your Church. Are we not involved in bribery? Are we justly to the poor, the oppressed, the marginalized community? Are we not bearing false witnessed against our brothers/ sisters? Friends, when we fails to execute justice, we fail to fulfill the principle of Godly living. Blessings.Rev Sithole MCZ

Fundamental Principles Of The Gospel

*"And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one."* 1John.5.8 KJV

Just in case people don't believe the authenticity of Jesus as the messiah and the son of God, there are things that are testimonies here on earth. The work of the spirit, the water baptism and the blood(his death).

Even if  you may fail to believe in Jesus, at least what happened at his baptism, his death on the cross and the work of the spirit have to convince you. They are our earthly evidence that proves the Christ.

Believe that Jesus is the Christ and you will be saved.

Take My Life and Let It Be

Christian poem

Take my life and let it be

Consecrated, Lord, to Thee;

Take my moments and my days,

Let them flow in endless praise;

Take my hands and let them move

At the impulse of Thy love;

Take my feet and let them be

Swift and beautiful for Thee.

Take my voice and let me sing,

Always, only, for my King.

Take my lips and let them be

Filled with messages from Thee.

Take my silver and my gold;

Not a mite would I withhold.

Take my intellect and use

Every power as Thou shalt choose.

Take my will and make it Thine;

It shall be no longer mine.

Take my heart, it is Thine own;

It shall be Thy royal throne.

Take my love, my Lord, I pour

At Thy feet its treasure-store.

Take myself, and I will be

Ever, only, all for Thee.

What Christ Is To Us

Christian poem

The Shield from every dart;

The Balm for every smart;

The Sharer of each load;

Companion on the road.

The Door into the fold;

The Anchor that will hold;

The Shepherd of the sheep;

The Guardian of my sleep.

The Friend with Whom I talk;

The Way by which I walk;

The Light to show the way;

The Strength for every day.

The Source of my delight;

The Song to cheer the night;

The Thought that fills my mind;

The Best of All to find—is Jesus!

There’s No Faith Without Risk

Daily Dose

_"We walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7 ESV)._

There is no faith without risk.

Faith means stepping out into the unknown when you don’t know what’s even in the unknown. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:7, “We walk by faith, not by sight” (ESV). That means we walk while looking with spiritual eyes, not physical eyes. We look from God’s point of view, not from a human point of view.

Faith is letting go of your security. Faith is saying, “I’m going to face my fears. I’m going to risk failure. I’m going to dare to move forward.”

If you want to grow as a follower of Jesus, you’ve got to take a risk. When Peter walked on water, he first had to get out of the boat. You have to leave the safety of what you’ve always known for the safety of God’s purpose. You’ve got to let go and grab ahold of God’s best for you.

Faith is risking the failure. It’s making the investment of time, money, energy, or reputation, knowing that you don’t have to fear the unknown or what will happen if you can’t do it on your own. When you’re motivated by faith rather than fear, God can do something awesome through you.

How do you respond when convicted by the Holy Spirit of sin? See this very short newest video from Evangelist Andres Bisonni. https://youtu.be/TLRffPmkLqw

*To accept Christ, Pray*: Lord Jesus, I want to know you personally. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive you as my Savior and Lord. Thank you for forgiving me of my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of person you want me to be. Amen.

Nothing Happens Until You Speak

Psalm 107:2, NKJV

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy.

In Luke 1, when an angel told Zechariah that his wife, Elizabeth, was going to have a baby, he said, "How can I be sure of this? We're too old now." The angel said, "It's going to happen, but now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens." That's how powerful words are. God knew that if Zechariah went around speaking words of defeat, such as "This isn't possible," that would stop the promise.

God has spoken promises to your spirit that may seem impossible. Don't talk yourself out of the miracle. Your words have creative power. When you speak something out, you've giving it the right to come to pass. It's one thing to believe you're healed, but when you say "I am healed," that releases the healing. It's not enough to just believe you have favor or that you're going to fulfill your dreams. Nothing happens until you speak. Get in agreement with God. Dare to declare what He put in your heart.

"Father, thank You for the promises You have spoken to my spirit. Thank You that I can speak words of faith that agree with Your promises and give them the right to come to pass. I will use my words to invite good things into my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Sermon Reaching Out To Those In Darkness

Showers of blessings

Reverend Nobbington Murambadoro

 Matthew 9:10-12 "And as Jesus reclined at table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were reclining with Jesus and his disciples. And when the Pharisees saw this, they said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick."

JESUS demonstrated what Christianity is all about. It's not only about fellowship with saints or associating yourself with the fellow Christian's only. It is about reaching out to those in dark and showing them the light. That is why JESUS said: "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick." This Scripture is challenging us to reach out to all those who are in dark, those who are not born again, for they are the ones who need you most. Let us not focus on Fellowship of saints alone but also engage in reaching out to the people in darkness. Amen.

Sermon Importance of faith

Reverend Nobbington Murambadoro

 Matthew 9:1-2 "And Jesus, getting into a boat, crossed to the other side and came to His own town [Capernaum].

 And behold, they brought to Him a man paralyzed and prostrated by illness, lying on a sleeping pad; and when Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralyzed man, Take courage, son; your sins are forgiven and the penalty remitted."

This Scripture reveals the importance of faith in JESUS in hopeless situations. There was a paralyzed person, prostrated by illness, lying on a sleeping pad hopeless of living a normal life again. They brought him to JESUS. They did not only bring him but they also had faith that JESUS would heal him. When JESUS saw their faith, HE healed him. Take note of something important here: it was the faith of those who brought the person to JESUS that caused JESUS to heal him.

Showers of blessings

I want to encourage you to find comfort in praying or interceding for hopeless situations in your life. Just raise your faith unto JESUS and HE will Divinely intervene. Sometimes we get discouraged to pray for our ungodly beloved people. Whatever it is, your faith in JESUS matters most. Your faith moves mountains. Never give up. Amen.

Aston Villa Coach Praises Nakamba

Aston Villa coach Dean Smith has hailed Marvelous Nakamba’s performance in the 2-0 victory against Newcastle United on Saturday.

The Zimbabwean midfielder made his second league start of the season and played a blinder. He made 56 accurate passes (98%), more than any player in the game.

The 27-year old came in place for suspended John McGinn and was paired with Douglas Luiz in the central midfield.

Smith told Villa TV: “It was a good, solid performance, certainly first half, second half I thought we overplayed a little bit too much at times.

“But for a final ball, I thought we could have scored a couple more as well.

“But, again, team spirit, work-rate, effort, everything there is there for all to see. Our quality on the ball, I thought we controlled the ball really well.

Kadewere Dedicates Win To Fans

Warriors star Tino Kadewere says he is delighted to have scored in last night’s derby against St-Etienne and dedicated the victory to the fans.

For the second time this season, the lanky striker scored twice in the derby, this time Lyon coming out comfortable 5-0 winners.

It was his eighth and ninth goal of the season respectively.

Speaking to the club website after the game, the Zimbabweans striker said: “We are very happy. I’m happy to have scored this double. This victory is for our supporters. This will propel us through to the end of the season. You build up trust.”

Real Madrid star striker Karim Benzema sent him a message before the game and Kadewere was asked if he had seen it.

“Unfortunately I don’t have Twitter but if I had seen it, I would have scored more goals (laughs). Getting a message from such a big player and someone I look up to really gives motivation so I’m really happy that one of the strikers that made me sign for Lyon is following my progress.”

“That gives me confidence as well and I really wanna thank him for the belief and for the support,” he added.- Soccer 24 Zimbabwe
