REFLECTIONS OF LENT THE GLORY OF GOD

"Everything lives by God's power, and everything is for his glory." (Rom. 11:36)

The ultimate goal of the universe is to show the glory of God. It is the reason for everything that exists, including you.

Nature tells us a lot about God. He is powerful, he is a lover of beauty, he is organized, and he is wise and creative! Just look around you - everything created by God reflects his glory in some way!

"The heavens declare the glory of God, and the skies proclaim the work of his hands." (Ps.19:1)

GOD'S GLORY WAS BEST SEEN IN JESUS CHRIST

Jesus came to earth so we could fully understand God's glory.

 Because of Jesus, we are no longer in the DARK about what God is really like.

"The Word became flesh and lived among us. And we saw his glory, glory like that of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth."
(John 1:14)
