Are You Born Again?

“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” John 3:5 (KJV)

There are many things in the Kingdom of God that cannot be understood till one becomes a child of God; one of them is the “born again experience.”

 Jesus Christ explained it to Nicodemus that to become born again is to be born anew of water and of the Spirit. The water represents the Word of God; no one can become born again without first hearing the gospel of Christ Jesus. The Word of God stirs up a person’s faith to receive Christ Jesus as Lord and personal Savior.

During the process of believing and confessing Christ as Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit recreates the recipient’s spirit to complete the process of salvation, and the person becomes born again.

 It is a mystery, and the transformation is seen in a person’s life as they begin to renew their mind with the Word of God every day (Romans 12:1–2). Dear beloved, the initial evidence of your new birth is the joy that overwhelms your heart that you are now saved and have become a candidate of heaven. May you continue to remain in Christ Jesus till we see ourselves in heaven. Hallelujah! Be Blessed!
